Pillari Bros. Construction Corp.

Project Page Information Form

For each new project added to pillaribros.com

Thank you for taking a few minutes to fill this out. Each project page shows future clients the kind of work Pillari does, and helps the website appear in Google when developers, contractors and public owners search for these services. Short answers and rough notes are fine. We'll write the final page and send it to you for approval before anything goes live.

Client names and completion dates are never published. Contract prices are shown only if you approve.

1. Project Basics

Specific place names help the page show up in local searches.

As you'd like it to appear, e.g. Freehold Rd. & Cedar Swamp Rd.
Road names or site address

2. Type of Project

This becomes the headline above the project name, so Google knows what the page is about.

Other examples: Warehouse Site Development, Wastewater Pump Station, Bridge Replacement, Commercial Site Preparation

3. Client Type and Status

We show the type of client only, never the name.

4. Services Rendered

Check every service Pillari performed. Each one will link to its service page on the website.

5. Scope & Numbers

Quantities make the project page more useful for search. Rough numbers are fine.

Shown on the page only with your approval. Helps demonstrate project scale.

6. Timeline

Completion dates are never published. We use them internally to sort projects.

If you're not sure of exact dates, a rough duration works.

7. Project Description

We'll write the final copy. Just give us the raw material.

A few sentences or bullet points. What was the site before? What did Pillari build or improve? Mention anything unusual: tight schedule, phased work, coordination with other contractors, environmental constraints, night work, etc.
Difficult soil, high water table, traffic maintenance, accelerated schedule, complex phasing, proximity to wetlands or occupied buildings. These details make the page more interesting and more findable.

8. Photos

Photos are the most important part of a project page. We can crop and adjust, so don't worry about perfection.

Share a folder link. Make sure the link is set to "Anyone with the link can view."
Anything that helps us pick the best shots: which phase they're from, what's shown, which ones you like best.

9. Your Contact Info

So we can follow up if we have questions or need more photos.
